Mr. Mulligan has spent 16 years experience in development after a 16-year career in the private sector including 10 in the commercial banking industry. Mr. Mulligan was the Development Director for St. Peter’s Prep High School in Jersey City before joining PCCI in 1993. He is a past President of the Board of the Chatham Education Foundation and served as President of the Holy Cross College Alumni Clubs of NY and NJ. He has an AB in Economics from Holy Cross College and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. |
