Adolescent Development, Mentoring, Enrichment Activities, and Support
The goal of Community Agencies Corp. of NJ's adolescent development programming is vital -- to help youngsters (ages 12 to 18) gain self-esteem so they can achieve their potential. Instilling a sense of competence, usefulness and belonging are integral to every aspect of our programs, from Personal Development and Leadership programs to our Job Skills Training and Mentoring activities.
This comprehensive series of cutting-edge programs, services and activities is structured with very clear goals:
Cultivate leadership potential among adolescents Enable young people to become economically productive Enhance the personal development of young people, so they can compete and succeed in the larger community. Give adolescents the foundation they need to move one step closer to a successful future through practical education, solid career preparation, scholarship assistance and ongoing adult support.
Click here for more about these adolescent development programs: Mentoring Center for Children Teens Program Club RIF Abused and Neglected Teens Group Homes -This component of our programs offers counseling for teen men and teen women who have been affected by abused or neglected. Counseling helps teens cope with violence at home or dating relationships that have become physically, emotionally or sexually abusive.
