The Peele Career Institute

The Peele Career Institute is a new Adult Job Training School Approved by the New Jersey Department of Labor Chapter 531C Training Center under the leadership of an experienced Training Program Director Lou Monaco.  The Peele Career Institute, a Division of Community Agencies Corporation in the City of Newark, is approved to provide training in the following areas:  

• Child Care Teacher Aide
• Institutional Security Officer
• Medical Office/Receptionist
• Computer Office Assistant
• Building & Custodial Services
  

The Department of Labor approval allows us to accept students from a  multitude of referring agencies,”
says Mr. Monaco, Director. “We recieve funding from Essex County Workforce Development to train 140 students in the 5 training inititative for 2006, as well as, individual referral contracts from the Division of Employment Security, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Welfare-to-Work.” This is a great opportunity for Newark & Essex County residents. The Peele Career Institute will offer Customized Training programs for area companies, to enhance employee skills. Child care centers  will benefit from this program

The Peele Institute has collaboration training agreements with Newark Department of Health Office of Children, Gateway Security Services, ASPIRA of NJ and La Casa De Don Pedro and Newark Pre School Council to create employment opportunities for our Graduates.
